MEET MIKE MADDUX, THE “KING OF THE LOAN”

Mike is a native-born Oregonian who has lived in the Pacific Northwest most of his life. He served in the Marine Corps from 2010 to 2014 and firmly believes there is nowhere like here!

Following his time in the Marine Corps, Mike lucked into a job in banking and worked his way up to Private Client Banking, working with very affluent individuals and managing huge sums of money for them. One day, it dawned on him that the best way to become wealthy was to invest in real estate. Being the entrepreneurial and philanthropic person he is, Mike decided to change his path from becoming a Financial Advisor to becoming a Loan Officer. By doing this, he became able to coach clients on best practices for building wealth and security for themselves and their families, rather than helping the wealthy become wealthier.

Since getting licensed and helping his first client buy their first home, Mike has been thrilled to help anyone that he can. He gets no greater joy from my work than overcoming obstacles and going the extra mile to accomplish the mission objective of home ownership for his clients.

We never tell anyone no, because where there is a will, there is a way. Just because you’re not qualified now, doesn’t mean we can’t come up with an attack strategy together, execute, and help you achieve your dreams of homeownership.
