However, after adjusting my mindset, I decided to connect with a broker. We talked about “my situation,” and voilà! I had gathered all of my documentation, obtained pre-approval, teamed up with a realtor, started shopping, found the home, made an offer, and closed 30 days later.
Before I became a mortgage broker, I was a personal stylist for over a decade. I loved shopping for people. I got into the mortgage business because of my personal home-buying experience, and I wanted to help others achieve homeownership. I will be your personal mortgage shopper.
